MATHIEU ARSENAULT, PRESIDENT

Mathieu Arsenault was born and raised in Charlottetown, PEI. He is a bilingual Islander and has over 10 years experience in consulting on and off the Island. Mathieu’s skills and strengths lie in strategic planning, business planning, facilitation, efficiency, analysis and problem solving, organizational development and collaboration. His technical skills include implementation of productivity tools, marketing (website, social media), CRM, business process mapping/development/implementation and company knowledge mapping.

Mathieu’s training includes a master's (M.A) in International Studies; A one-year MBA training in international trade that included a 5-week trade mission; MBA project management course; Green Belt Lean-Six-Sigma Training and Certification (underway); 3 financial training courses (reading/writing financial statements); performance excellence workshop as part of Team Canada at the 2014 Olympic Games.

Mathieu’s experience is diverse. He brings international experiences as well as a wealth of experience in PEI and in the Maritimes. (See Experience Page) Sample work includes: a) the analysis, design and implementation of a CRM for a forestry company; b) a study for the Province of the PEI on bilingual assets in PEI, c) a competitive analysis for a community theater and a strategic repositioning. 

Mathieu is also involved at the community level. He is the president and founder of PEI Ultimate Frisbee, a sports organization that has 200+ members and year-round programming. He is part of Fusion Charlottetown, a group of volunteers dedicated to contributing to building a better Charlottetown for 18 to 40-year-old residents. 

Starting his career in international development, it was while working on a rural development project in Tajikistan (Central Asia) that Mathieu realized his home is where the work matters most. Since then, he's been dedicated to contributing his skills and experience to making PEI and the Atlantic Provinces prosper.


Shannon Courtney, Expert Content Writer, Content Editor and Copy Editor

Shannon has over 10 years of experience working in communications, research and marketing. She has worked with large multinational corporations, such as Citibank, public institutions, and start-up enterprises. Shannon has also dedicated many volunteer hours to spearheading public events focused on celebrating local food producers and educating the public about issues related to local food and sustainable agriculture.  Shannon has demonstrated an ability to envision, plan and execute projects effectively. She has developed exceptional communication skills and has strong competencies in report writing, social media management, creative writing, and content development.


Nathalie Arsenault, Consultant and Facilitator

Nathalie Arsenault has over 10 years experience in economic development, consulting and as a business person. Her main professional experience has been around the development, management and implementation of community projects and social enterprises. She is a very strong communicator and project manager.
